The church says it is “known in the community as ‘the Big, Brown Church,’ or simply the Community Church,” with Sunday worship at 11:00 a.m. and Bible study at 9:30 a.m. Its own history states that the building “was built in 1940 to house the newly formed Enterprise Community Congregational Church,” a merger of the local Presbyterian and Methodist churches, and that since 1964 the church “was known as the home of the Carillon,” replaced after a 2021 fundraising effort. It belongs to the National Association of Congregational Christian Churches, Pacific Northwest Conference, names Pastor John Chamberlain and two co-moderators, and hosts open recovery meetings on Tuesdays at noon and Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. Its 2025 calendar listed monthly “Jammin’ for Jesus” evenings, an Easter community dinner, a church anniversary potluck in October and Trunk or Treat.
