These are my own words and materials, or I have permission to share them. Wallowa Atlas may publish them with my chosen credit; I can correct or withdraw them, and I review substantive edits first.

What happens next

1. Your note is saved privately. Nothing is public yet.

2. The editor reads it. Your private link always shows the status.

3. If the wording needs to change, you approve the new wording first, from that link. A voice note is transcribed by the editor and the transcript comes to you the same way.

4. If it is approved, it is published with the credit you chose. You can correct or withdraw it at any time.

Two memories of one place

Both can be published, each with its author, its date and its own wording. Where they differ, the atlas says so and notes what independent evidence establishes; it does not rewrite either account.

If you lose your private link

Write to edan@portlandciviclab.org from the email you gave. Once the editor has confirmed it is you, the editor can take the account down on your instruction or issue a new link. Corrections need the link or a new submission.
